About Jordan
“One of the great gifts we can offer is being a mirror of goodness, reminding one another that we can trust our essential awareness, light and love.”
— Tara Brach
A warm hello to you! I’m Jordan, and it’s nice to “meet” you.
Whatever brings you here, my intention is for you to find a soft place to land. I hope you’ll walk away from your visit here moving through the world with a bit more ease, even if we never meet.
From a young age, I have been highly sensitive and intuitive. This has brought me a lot of joy and connection as I can seamlessly tap into deeper meaning in life and attune with others’ emotions and experiences as if they were my own. It’s also brought me a lot of heartache: this world is complex for everyone, and challenging circumstances, of which I’ve experienced many, can be especially hard for sensitives to navigate.
My own healing journey has been long and non-linear, and has been largely centered around leaving high-control, fundamentalist, patriarchal religion in my 20’s and learning to trust my intuition and call back home my soul’s innately mystical ways of being. In my efforts to heal myself, I have experienced many, many healing methodologies. The ones that have carried the most resonance for me have been shamanic practice (healing through connection with helping spirits), and Revelation Breathwork (healing through somatic experience). Both involve temporarily leaving ordinary states of consciousness in order to expand our capacity to interact with our experiences and questions through a new lens.
Through these practices, I have been able to reconnect with the Spirit that animates the entire web of life, and the guides whose presence I sensed in childhood. As I’ve communicated with my guides about the purpose for my life, I’ve received the answer over and over that I am here to alleviate suffering with comfort, and to bear witness and hold a lantern in dark places.
One of my greatest joys is when that lantern helps light someone’s way back home to themselves - to their inherent goodness and wisdom. The world needs each of us operating from our full, expansive authenticity: I’d love to help you remember yours. You have everything you need within you, and my job is to connect you with yourself and with your guides so you can remember.
My trainings over the years have included:
25 months of Shamanic Training with Anna Dorian of the Dreaming Otter
Reiki I, II, III (Master) with Anna Dorian of the Dreaming Otter
Breathwork Facilitator training with Jason & Maura Amoroso of Revelation Breathwork
200-hr Yoga Teacher Training (self-development track) with Amy Thomas of Swell Yoga
Basic Compassionate Depossession with Betsy Bergstrom of Spiritwise
“My work is to quiet my mind and open my heart and relieve suffering wherever I find it.”

“All you need is already within you, only you must approach your self with reverence and love. Self-condemnation and self-disgust are grievous errors. Your constant flight from pain and search for pleasure is a sign of love you bear for your self, all I plead with you is this: make love of your self perfect.
Deny your self nothing — give yourself infinity and eternity and
discover that you do not need them; you are beyond.”
